Donna started life with a love for sports; ice skating and gymnastics from an early age. It was her love of horses and the desire to compete in the field of Show Jumping, which would consume most of her childhood and early adulthood.
A major injury at the age of 19 would be the end of her professional riding career. This experience, combined with losing her much loved Grandfather to Alzheimer’s disease, would prove to be to be the catalyst for her passion for business and facilitating initiatives to help people live an optimally healthy life.
Donna is a highly motivated self-starter, and entrepreneur, who began her business endeavors at the age of 19. Donna has previously founded four companies; she currently leads a team of professionals who are working to create a 360 degree holistic approach to health.
As the founder of the 1 Global Alliance Community, a public speaker and contributor to the Healthy Baby Academy she is passionate about helping to create a balance between where we live and how we live.

Dr. Illeck graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1988 and completed his residency in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 1992. Bob Gajda, Bodybuilding’s only Triple Crown Winner
In 1966 Bob Gajda achieved what no other person ever has, by winning the three biggest bodybuilding competitions Mr. USA, Mr. America and Mr. Universe in the same year.
How did he build such an incredible physique? With the Peripheral Heart Action system of circuit training that he developed and legends of the sport including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sergio Oliva put to use in gyms from Chicago to Muscle Beach.
Bob has been inducted into the World Body Building Guild (WBBG) International Fitness Hall of Fame as well as the National Fitness Hall of Fame and The Association of Oldetime Barbell & Strongmen (AOBS) Hall of Fame.
This level of accomplishment would have been enough for most people. Not Bob. Applying a PhD in Kinesiological Studies and his Total Body Training philosophy, he founded Gajda Health Plus Network. Gajda is the Executive Director and a leader in the corrective therapeutic movement.

Bob Gajda is also a noted author and holds a number of patents on fitness, exercise and rehabilitation products. In the community, he has served as a Director of the American Cancer Society and Assistant Director of the Robert Crown Center for Health and Education.
Professional affiliations include American College of Sports Medicine, American School Health Association, American Corrective Therapy Association, Institute of General Semantics and the American Kinesiotherapy Association. He was named Kinesiotherapist of the Year in 1987 by the American Kinesiotherapy Association.
